Founder-as-a-Service

We build your startup. End-to-end.

You bring the idea, the conviction, and the capital. We bring the AI-native build team. 12–24 weeks from kick-off to first paying customer.

Who it's for

Founders with conviction and capital — not a team.

Three buyers, one common shape: idea is real, capital is in the bank, the build team is missing.

First-time GCC founder

Saudi, Emirati, Kuwaiti, or returning-diaspora. $50–250k bootstrap budget. Lives in Riyadh, Dubai, Jeddah, or Kuwait. Has heard "agency takes 12 months" and "PowerPoint pitch with no shipped product" enough times to be wary.

Family-office or angel-backed entrepreneur

Has a thesis and capital. Wants a vehicle built around it — not another deck, not another fund.

Corporate operator spinning out a venture

Operator inside a holding group or enterprise launching a new line. Needs the build to land outside the parent's shipping cadence.

What you get

Idea and capital in. Paying customer out.

Five phases, one team, one timeline. Bilingual where it matters. Agent-driven internally so you ship at the velocity of a team ten times our size.

  • Discovery & validation — customer interviews, problem framing, scope locked.
  • Product design — flows, surfaces, bilingual UX. Arabic-first if your buyer is Arabic-first.
  • MVP build — production code, AI in the engine, shipped to a real domain on a real database.
  • Launch — to your first cohort of paying customers, not a private beta you'll never close.
  • First 90 days of growth ops — see scope below.

First 90 days of growth ops

What's in scope. What isn't.

We commit to a defensible 90-day window after launch. Specific in, specific out — so the engagement closes cleanly on day 90 or graduates to an Operate retainer if you want us to keep going.

In scope

  • Funnel + acquisition measurement setup (analytics, attribution, basic single-screen dashboard for the founder)
  • One paid acquisition experiment in one channel (LinkedIn, search, or local industry publications — pick one, defined budget, defined target metric)
  • Founder content cadence kicked off (1–2 posts/week; the founder writes, we coach + edit + ship)
  • 5–10 customer interview calls minimum, summarised for product roadmap
  • Weekly growth review with the founder (60 min, written agenda + minutes)
  • Churn + usage instrumentation in product
  • One pricing or packaging experiment if signal supports it

Out of scope (deferred or referred out)

  • Long-term performance marketing budgets and ongoing channel management
  • Brand strategy / visual identity refresh
  • Fundraising support / investor pitch decks (we are not a fund)
  • Full-time growth hiring
  • Multi-channel growth orchestration (we focus on one channel during the 90 days)

How we work the engagement

Weekly written. Fortnightly demo. One founder accountable.

There is always a founder on the call. Scope is renegotiated openly when reality moves. No project-manager firewall between you and the people shipping.

Every week, you get a written update — what shipped, what's next, what's blocked. Every two weeks, a working demo of the build in your hands.

One of us owns the engagement end-to-end. The small team and AI agents handle execution under direct founder review. No surprise hand-offs.

If reality moves and the original scope no longer fits, we say so. We rewrite scope in the open, with a fresh quote, before continuing.

Pricing

Cash. Fixed-fee. 48-hour written scope.

We send a written scope and indicative quote within 48 hours of our first call. No public price list because every engagement is scoped to a specific outcome.

Cash and fixed-fee is the default. The scope and the quote are locked together — you don't pay for an open meter.

Equity-blended structures exist as a special case for selected Build engagements where it aligns mutual incentives. Never a requirement, never the headline.

What we don't do here

What this is not.

  • We don't pitch your idea to investors. We're not a fund.
  • We don't replace your CEO. The founder remains the CEO.
  • We don't take majority equity. Cash + fixed-fee is the default.
  • We don't build startups where AI isn't the engine. For non-AI scope, we'll refer you to a fitting partner.
  • We don't promise product-market fit. We ship the product. PMF is a function of the market.

Frequently asked

What are the three offers — and how do I pick?

Build: we build your startup end-to-end. Ship: we build AI software for an existing company. Operate: we install AI agents inside your team's workflows. Not sure? Send a brief; we'll route you on the first call.

How much does it cost?

We send a written scope and indicative quote within 48 hours of our first call. We don't post pricing publicly because every engagement is scoped to a specific outcome — we share indicative ranges by offer on the call.

How long does an engagement take?

Build: 12–24 weeks idea-to-launch. Ship: 6–16 weeks per scope. Operate: 8–16 week pilot, then ongoing retainer. We send timelines with the scope — same 48-hour SLA.

Do you take equity?

No. Cash and fixed-fee is the default for all three offers. We discuss equity-blended structures only for selected Build engagements where it aligns mutual incentives — never as a requirement.

Who actually does the work — founders or contractors?

Founders own scope, architecture, and the customer relationship on every engagement. The small team and AI agents handle execution under direct founder review. You always have a founder on the call.

What does a first call look like?

Thirty minutes, founder-led, on Cal.com. We listen first. By the end, you'll know which offer fits and what the next step is. If you want a written scope, we send it within 48 hours of the call.

How do I get started?

Send a brief at /contact or book a call directly. Either way, you'll have a written scope within 48 hours of our first conversation. There is no procurement form.

Tell us what you're building.

Send us a paragraph. We come back within 48 hours with a written scope and an indicative quote.
