Analytics — only with your consent

With your consent, we use Google Analytics 4 to understand how the site is used: which pages are viewed, roughly where visitors come from, what device they use, and how they move between pages. That tells us which pages earn attention and which need work — nothing more.

If you decline, or simply ignore the banner, no analytics cookies are set. Google may receive anonymous, cookieless signals that help estimate aggregate traffic (Google Consent Mode), but nothing that identifies you or follows you across sites.

When you contact us

The contact form asks for your name, email, company, and a short project summary. We use it for exactly one thing: reading your brief and replying. It reaches us as an email and an internal notification — no marketing lists, no automated profiling.

If you reach us on WhatsApp, by email, or by phone instead, that conversation is governed by the platform you chose plus this policy on our side.

What we never do

• No advertising cookies — ad storage stays off for every visitor, always.
• No selling or renting your data to anyone.
• No cross-site tracking or retargeting.
• No marketing emails you didn't ask for.

Who processes data for us

A small set of processors keeps the site running. Each receives only what its job requires:

• Cloudflare — hosts and serves the site.
• Google Analytics 4 — usage measurement, only after you accept.
• Resend — delivers contact-form emails to our inbox.
• Slack — notifies the founders that a brief arrived.

Retention and your rights

Contact-form messages are kept only as long as needed to handle the conversation they started. Analytics data lives in Google Analytics under its standard retention controls.

Ask us what we hold about you, ask for a correction, or ask for deletion — email [email protected] and we act on it. We handle personal data under the UAE Personal Data Protection Law (Federal Decree-Law No. 45 of 2021), and we apply the same care to GDPR requests from EU or UK visitors.

Changes to this policy

When this policy changes, the date at the top changes with it. We keep the language plain — if a change matters, you'll be able to see it.
